We have been searching far and wide for all possible solutions to organise the ECC. However prices are significantly higher in Belgium. As discussed during the captains meeting, we are doing our utmost best to bring the price down. 


Because we do not have massive hotels, we are compelled to spread all the teams between multiple hotels. There is only 1 budget hotel with a limited amount of spaces. Due to the price differences, we took the decision to apply 2 prices. The prices are €650 and €815 depending on the hotel. These prices are subject to change, depending on sponsorship and amount of registrations, payment 2 will be reduced accordingly. (No price increases!) 


We will add a section to form A where you can express your hotel preference. We ask you kindly, if possible, to choose “No preference”. We added the option for the teams that are financially less fortunate. In case everyone chooses the same option, we will use the “Human Development Index” (https://hdr.undp.org/data-center/human-development-index#/indicies/HDI). The website and social media will be continuously updated with all the necessary information. 


Cancellation Policy 


Transportation 

Bus transfers will be provided from Brussels Airport and Charleroi Airport towards Leuven on Monday 13/05/2024. There is a general drop-off point where one of us will give you the necessary information to reach your hotel. 


The welcome party will be within walking distance of all hotels. A map will be provided. 


During the tournament, buses will be provided between the hotels to the pitches in the morning and back in the evening. 


The farewell party will be within walking distance for some hotels. Others will need to be picked up by buses. This depends on the eventual room list and will be communicated in a timely manner. 


Bus transfers will be provided from Leuven towards Brussels Airport and Charleroi Airport on Saturday 18/05/2024. 


Extra 

Due to the big success of the women's tournament this year, we decided to arrange a women’s tournament next year!
